At EMQUE, we value precise attention to detail and elevated craftsmanship. We encourage you to inspect the item upon receipt. If you are not in love with your EMQUE item or believe there is an issue in quality, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days of delivery date.

All items are made to order, crafted with the finest level of detail, and thoroughly inspected before being shipped. Return shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. However, in the unlikely event the return is due to a defect in our pieces or damages upon arrival, we will refund the return shipping and handling charges.

At EMQUE we are delighted to offer free shipping to all items to the US. All items in stock will be delievered with 7-10 buisness days. Made-to-order stone items such as coffee tables, dining tables, and side tables will take 45 days to produce and ship. Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices and other information.
